Snickers Brookie - Cookie on the bottom, Snickers bar running through the middle and brownie on top! The textures are soft, gooey and crunchy and the contrast of the sweet and salty really makes this my all time favourite!
Caramel Cornflake brownie- Gooey brownie on the bottom, topped with our chewey caramel cornflake mixture, we started making this almost 5 years ago and its still a best seller!
Twix Blondie- I always get asked 'Whats a blondie?', its the same texture and made a similar way to a brownie, but with white chocolate instead of dark. It almost has a cake flavour but with a gooey texture. Our twix blondie has milk chocolate and caramel feathered on top and twix pieces running throughout and on top for a little crunch!
White choc and Raspberry Blondie- Fresh raspberries run through the centre, with chunks of white chocolate and topped with a white chocolate drizzle and freeze dried raspberries, blondies are so versatile as they work great with fruity flavours, caramels and chocolates!
Kinder Brownie- This is a classic! Double chocolate brownie, with kinder pieces running throughout and on top! They have a bite to them which complements the gooey brownie
Oreo Brownie- This one if all about the textures for me! A bar of Dairy Milk Oreo straight through the middle and topped with crushed Oreo pieces. SO good and another customer fave.
Mars Brookie- Now this is an OG!! The first brookie i tried out back in 2020 and it went down an absolute treat, the layers just look amazing, cookie on the bottom, mars through the middle and brownie on top
Caramac Millionaire- DONT SLEEP ON THIS ONE! Gingernut base, caramel in the middle and topped with Caramilk and gold chocolate spread. I crave this constantly. The flavours are perfect.
S'mores Brownie- A classic American dessert, turned brownie.. a Squishy toasted marshmallow on the top, dusted with digestive crumbs and a drizzle of milk chocolate, digestives through the middle, surrounded by gooey brownie.
