Refund policy

Due to The Savvy Baker being perishable goods, we will not accept returns and refunds will not be issued.

Once dispatched - we are unable to redirect your parcel, we are not responsible for parcels sent to the incorrect addresses if the incorrect address is inputted at checkout. 

We are not held responsible for damage to slabs in postal transit, and are unable to offer refunds or replacement items.
